About the Scholarship:

The Boston Society of the New Jerusalem (Swedenborgian) is pleased to announce it has started a five year journey to perpetually endow a scholarship for a student from Massachusetts in the name of one of our former pastors. The Rev. Dr. J. Theodore Klein Scholarship at the Univeristy of Massachusetts Boston. The scholarship is for a student from Mass. who is ideally studying ethics or philosophy. 

Rev. Dr. Klein has taught ethics and philosophy at the UMass Boston for a considerable time. We figured this was the best way to not only remember him, but fulfill our moral commitment to prepare the next generation of scholars.
